Refund Policy

  • 1. Before opt refund from the course kindly think deeply.
  • 2. If minimum seats of batch are not fill then student/students will get full refund without any deduction.
  • 3. No. of days will be calculated from the starting date of course commencement. It will not be calculated from the date when student has joined the course.
  • 4. Advance fee will be collected in case of monthly payment basis of the course. So, no fee will be refunded.
  • 5. If student left middle of the month, refund will be calculated for remaining days of the month.
  • 6. If any student will choose yearly payment method, refund will be applied accordingly.
  • 7. No registration fee will be refunded.

Fee Refund Process:

If a student opts to withdraw from the coaching centre and seeks a fee refund, the following steps should be followed:

  • 1. Collect the pre-formatted application of fee refund from institute’s office and fill it completely.
  • 2. Please submit the completed refund application with the required attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card, Cancelled Cheque).
  • 3. Only refund applications submitted via the Pre-Formatted Refund Application Form (available in hard copy at the office) will be considered. Verbal communication, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or email submissions will not be accepted. You are expected to submit your refund application form with the required documents as mentioned above.
  • 4. Collect the Acknowledgment Receipt of Refund Application duly signed by coaching centre’s authority and keep it for future reference.
  • 5. Fee refunds are processed exclusively through online mode via NEFT transfer to the account number provided in the Application Form.
  • 6. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request and will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.. Please note that the process may take longer if the required documents are incomplete.
  • 7. If the batch does not meet its minimum seat requirements, the student/students will receive a full refund without any deductions.
  • 8. If students or parents encounter any issues during the course fee refund process, they can contact the Manager-Operations directly via personal visit, phone call, letter, or email.
  • 9. Students/parents should recognize that fee refunds are governed by the institute’s policy, and we adhere to the refund rules and regulations outlined above in both letter and spirit. If a refund request (accompanied by the necessary documents) is submitted after the specified ‘refund dates,’ the institute will not consider it. Furthermore, refund requests communicated verbally, over the phone, via email, or fax will not be considered.
  • 10. Any legal matters or disputes related to fee refunds fall under the jurisdiction of Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur (West Bengal).
  • 11. The decision regarding fee refunds rests solely with the Management of Neetdunia.
  • 12.Sunday will be considered a working day due to the administration of Periodic Tests, Major Tests, and Mock Tests.
  • 13.Refund rules for 2-year courses:
  • If a student requests a refund within the specified timeframe outlined in the refund policy during Class XI, the fee will be refunded after deducting the stipulated amount as per the refund guidelines.
  •  If a student wishes to seek a refund after 30 days or opts not to continue in Class XII and applies for a refund prior to the start of Class XII, the entire fee for Class XI will be deducted from the deposited amount.
  • 14.Fee Refund on Disciplinary Grounds: This provision concerning fee refunds is unique. Should an entire batch/class or the majority of its students be implicated in an incident of indiscipline at any time during the academic session, the entire batch/class or majority of students may face expulsion from the institute. In such an event, the fee refund will be in accordance with the refund policy.

Any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as:

  • Payment Transaction not get acknowledgment due to internet breakdown.
  • Between Payment Transaction if the amount deducted and the internet breakdown.
  • Kindly process the payment from website payment gateway. Online Payment credited in our account then we process the payment else We are not responsible in any case. Refund policy will be applicable as per the Neetdunia guide norms when amount credited in our account.
